When I retired I bought a pocket camera to photograph our grandkids, but my unsteady hands (essential tremor) made the pictures blurry. Image stabilization lenses offset my shakes, so: “lensjack.”
I carry a camera less for art's sake than for memory's. As the years zip by, I would rather look back on photographs about making memories than on memories about making photographs.
The travel images highlight similarities and differences between cultures.
The nature photos catalog wonders we all stand to lose by forgetting the vital role of biodiversity.
