When I retired I bought a pocket camera to photograph our grandkids, but my unsteady hands (essential tremor) made the pictures blurry. Image stabilization lenses offset my shakes, so: “lensjack.”
I carry a camera less for art's sake than for memory's sake.
The travel images, shot mostly on the go, help us remember people, places, and moments over the years.
My nature photos, inspired by the brilliant Joel Sartore, show what we all stand to lose if we forget the importance of biodiversity.
