When I retired I bought a pocket camera to photograph our grandkids. But my unsteady hands (essential tremor) made the pictures blurry. Image stabilization lenses offset my shakes, hence "lensjack."
As greatly as I admire the many brilliant photographers who rise before dawn or forego evening cocktails to craft golden-hour magic, I am not that guy. The world also needs laid-back geezers who show up for breakfast (carpe lardum!), and uncork a nice cab at sunset, right?
For me, photography provides a truly enjoyable way to map our travels and share favorite experiences.
